"We have always been impressed by the service we have received from Dave and April and the employees at Ski and Sport. Our last experience has reinforced our opinion of this even more. While boating in Iowa we had the misfortune of hitting something our prop and drive were bent and needed replaced. We called Dave and within two days Dave had the parts on hand. After a 10 hour drive we arrived at Shell Knob at 8:00 a.m. and our boat was finished and we were out on the lake by 2:00 p.m. that same day. Thanks Ken! Our boat is running better than ever. Thanks Dave for being available when we need advice about our boat and for being so efficient and getting us back on the water. Thanks April for helping us with the demo skis - it is really nice to ride the different skis to see what has changed over the years. "We have purchased two Mastercrafts from Dave and April over the years. As a business owner I appreciate good service and Ski and Sports delivers great service. Our current boat was caught in the ice storm of 2009 at Campbell Point Marina and the entire engine compartment was submerged for 4 days when the docks collapsed. When the ice melted enough for the docks to rise Ken was there to immediately get our boat out of water and to the shop to avoid a total loss. All of this while on his "vacation". They took care of the engine rebuild and everything and had us ready to go by spring. Dave, April, Ken and Marissa have become more than people we do business with over the years they have become friends of our family. "

"Daphne and I have bought two mastercrafts from Ski and Sports. For the last 5 years we have traveled 400 miles round trip to your dealership a minimum of 3 times a season. That's at least 6000 miles of trailering our boats to and from Tablerock Lake!
We just arrived home from participating in the 8th annual Mastercraft Reunion! For us it was our 5th. It as usual was fantastic!
We have enjoyed our mastercrafts primarily due to your dealership. The entire staff and family members have become our friends.
